I know Castiel's parents weren't much around for him and we don't really see them often (i am VERY mad that they didn't show their actual faces in the last episode of Love Life) but my heart melted when in a dialogue it was implied that Castiel got his mom's smile 🥺💕 if he weren't so indipendent, he would have been a momma's boy for sure 😭
so dean and cas’ relationship throughout the years has really just been an infinite tennis match of “this isn’t you, you’re not just that, you’re more than this, you’re not who you once were” huh
